Time to book! What type of session are you looking for? Fall is great for our yearly family photos, so I typically opt for a fall session and wear neutrals to make the photos timeless and less seasonal.
Fall minis often have lower price points, but if kiddos take a bit of time to adjust to strangers, and I don’t want the stress of my toddler not smiling in 15 minutes, I might opt for a full session. If you are thinking photos for holiday cards, keep in mind, this will not be 1 photo. This will be multiple poses and cues to make sure everyone has a photo they like.
Book early, get that date on your calendar so you can schedule around it! When booking, keep in mind sports schedules/ championship games/ birthday parties/ holiday events, etc and aim to book outside of those predicted time slots.
Pick the earliest time for littles, the latest time for the best light!
